Prints, Editions, and Framing

 

What is an archival inkjet print?

An archival inkjet print is a quality print made from a scanned version of an original piece or a digital file by applying fine droplets of ink onto the paper.

What is a limited edition print?

A limited edition print is a print that has a fixed quantity; therefore we will only produce a specific number of prints.

How involved are the artist in the production of the prints?

White Circle Gallery works directly with the artist in every aspect of the process.

How do I know if my White Circle Gallery edition is authentic?

White Circle Gallery will include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with every single print that is purchased. All COA are signed, numbered, and dated by the artist themselves to guarantee complete authenticity of the piece.

How will my print be framed?

The framing options will vary according to the piece being purchased. These options are listed within each individual product page. All the pieces are framed in either a black or white frame with a double mat window and finished with framing glass.

Do I own the copy right when I buy an edition?

No. The artist still owns the copy right of the piece even when it is purchased by someone else.


Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All shipments will vary depending on edition and the specifications of your order. Unframed prints usually ship within 5 business days, while framed prints will usually take about 10 business days. All of our orders are processed Monday through Friday. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and destination of your package. We will offer multiple shipping options in the check-out page before order confirmation.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping via FedEx. International order may require additional preparation. If interested in international shipping please contact us through the contact page with the specifications of your order.


Return Policy

What is our return policy?

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, however there may be an exception if your print arrives damaged. You will have 48 hours after receiving the print to contact us with the specifications of your damaged print.

How do I know if I am eligible for a return or replacement?

The only way you will be eligible for a return or replacement is if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with specific detail of your prints damage and, if accepted, the package must be returned in the exact condition it was received with the Certificate of Authenticity. Shipping charges for returns will not be refunded, and the return shipment cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that some print may not be replaceable if they are part of a limited edition release.
